This policy applies to purchases made within the Philippines only.

At Rain Soul Nutrition Marketing International Inc., we are committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. This policy strictly complies under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and aim to provide a clear, fair, and legally compliant return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Return, Exchange, or Refund

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within thirty (30) days from the date the item is received if your return reason falls under any of these:

– The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

– The product delivered is incorrect or incomplete upon delivery.

– The product content consumed does not go over 30% (โ€œInitial Trialโ€) of its original count.

– The product is not as described or differs from what was advertised or there is a compelling reason for dissatisfaction from the consumer.

– The product is in an unconsumable state due to manufacturer error.

Note: Change-of-mind returns are not allowed, as per DTI guidelines.

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following criteria:

– Item must be in its original, unused condition. If already consumed, the remaining products should be in a good, marketable state.

– Packaging must be complete, intact, and unopened. If already opened, the original packaging must be in a marketable state.

– Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

– Return request must be made within 30 calendar days from receipt with strict compliance of the step-by-step procedure stated below.

– Return must be confirmed and authorized by our Customer Service team.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us – Send an email to rainsoulnutritionmarketingintl@gmail.com or contact us in any of our customer service channels within 30 days of receiving the item. Attach photos of the items being returned and state your reason of returning.

Step 2: Evaluation – Our team will review your request within 1โ€“3 business days and notify you of the next steps.

Step 3: Return Authorization – If approved, youโ€™ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 4: Return Shipment – Ship the item to our store, address: RS-24 Rockwell Business Center Sheridan, Sheridan St. Mandaluyong City using a reliable, trackable courier and send it to our Customer Service team.

Note: any damages incurred during return transit will be a valid, binding legal basis for the amount being refunded so please pack your returns securely.

4. Refund Methods & Timeline

– Refunds processed within 15โ€“30 business days upon receiving the returned item.

– Refunds will incur 20% restocking fee and any shipping cost will also be deducted from the original refund amount.

– Refunds may be issued via original payment method, bank transfer, or store credit.

– Customers will be notified once refund is processed.

5. Exchanges

– We replace items that are found defective, incorrectly delivered, or damaged during shipment.

– If unavailable, we will offer a similar product, refund, or store credit.

6. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

– Products that have been consumed or used beyond the point of โ€œInitial Trialโ€ are not eligible for return.

– Tampered products.

– Final sale, clearance, or non-returnable items.

– Unauthorized returns.

7. Warranty Claims

– Products under warranty can be returned within the warranty period with proof of purchase. (Only applicable in merchandise items)

8. Legal Right of Cancellation

– Customers have 3 business days to cancel a purchase of โ‚ฑ1,500 or more and receive a full refund, if product is returned in a marketable condition.

9. Customer Responsibilities

– Keep your original receipt.

– Inspect items immediately upon delivery. Take a video immediately at first hint of damage/ parcel tampering.

– Report issues promptly.

– Follow our return process.
